Lovely house in a beautiful location right by the river, very clean, quality furnishings, had absolutely everything we needed for the week. Wish we'd been there in summer to sit out by the river, but the fire was amazing, made the whole place cozy in no time. Fantastic hosts, made us feel very welcome.

By far the best holiday cottage we have ever stayed in, waking up every morning to the sound of the river was a joy. Watching the Heron was fabulous as we relaxed with our first coffee of the day. The cottage has everything you need, very warm and central for walking up to the shops and pubs. I would love to live there full time, thanks Sharon for sharing such a delightful place, see you again soon. Rob and Clare xx

What a beautiful cottage in a stunning location. We had the most relaxing, idyllic week in a well equipped, spotless and comfortable accommodation. The garden at the rear overlooking the river was beautiful and relaxing and the perfect place to end the day with a glass of wine (or two!). Sharon our host was friendly, helpful and very accommodating.
We will definitely be back 😊

We stayed here a few weeks back, what a fantastic place a real gem. The cottage is lovely, clean and well equipped. A extra touch was coffee and biscuits for us and the fur babies, and milk ready in the fridge. The location is brilliant minutes from the village, which is brilliant for food and pubs. This is ideal for exploring the area or just chilling in the garden with the sound of the river. Sharon the owner is so lovely accommodating. We will definitely be back.

Sharon couldn't control the weather, but everything she could was perfect! Lovely house, with lots of thoughtful touches, in a great location. Sharon was great, with some lovely personalised recommendations and excellent communication. Wish we had booked two weeks as we ran out of days for all the stuff we wanted to do.

A beautifully presented home in a fantastic location. Everything had been thought of from the thoughtful milk in the fridge to the doggy and human treats! Everything is on your doorstep from fantastic walks to great pubs. The cottage was immaculately clean and Sharon was really welcoming and helpful. Can’t wait to return to this doggy friendly gem of a place.

Hi Sharon, what a beautiful home you have and the riverside location is beautiful, calming and peaceful.... We didn't want to go home! You are a perfect host and it was a pleasure to meet you and chat to Jackie too... It was just the break away from the hustle and bustle of family life that Dougie and I needed. Thank you for your hints and tips about the local villages, Dent & Hawes were worth visiting, hope to book with you again.

Had a fantastic weekend. Four adults and a sausage dog. Lovely river at the rear of the cottage. Very quiet road at the front. Accommodation was of a high quality. Ingleton itself is a lovely area with lots to see and do. :-)

Great place, beautiful surroundings. House was everything we expected and more with the river running through the garden. Perfect place whether you just want to chill out or explore the surrounding area. Would highly recommend.

The most beautiful and well equipped house with lovely garden. It has everything you need and was spotlessly clean. Little extras like milk, coffee and biscuits and soft blankets in the sitting room for the cool evenings. Sharon loves the house and location and it shows. I didn't want to leave and would definitely come back.

Perfect from start to finish. Such a beautiful, cosy and extremely clean property that was home from home. We were welcomed by Sharon not long after arriving and she was very friendly, helpful but not intrusive throughout our stay. Property is dog friendly too and our spaniel loved it. Couldn't have asked for more. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and the location is so peaceful and yet central to village life. Would return in a heartbeat.

Lovely homely cottage in a fabulous location-views down to the river from the garden. Cottage quiet and clean. Sharon left milk, coffee capsules, dishwasher tablets- the little things make a real difference! Within walking distance from lots of places to eat. Very close to the Ingleton waterfalls walk which we did and enjoyed. Had a thoroughly relaxing and enjoyable weekend!

Tranquil oasis, every aspect of Riverside cottage is just perfect. A place where you can kick back and relax or fill your days with activities. I found sitting down by the river with my coffee listening to the Dawn chorus just amazing. Hubby still snoozing in the lovely bedroom. I can also recommend a early morning dip in Ingleton’s open air swimming pool. There is so much to do straight from the doorstep. Walks for all levels, biking and a great place to run the trails. Then back to the comfort of the cottage to unwind either in front of the wood burner warming your toes or sipping your favourite tipple on the patio. I can recommend both. Love cooking in the well appointed kitchen. Equally enjoyed visiting the many great eating establishments, all a short walk from the front door. OPO being a firm favourite for a nightcap. Sharon is a great host, communication is excellent and Can’t wait to go back 💙 Jacqui & Patrick

A lovely home with glorious views of the river. Great location-just a couple of minutes walk into Ingleton plus lots of great walks from the doorstep. Highly recommended.

A hidden gem! Absolutely breathtaking outlook from the lounge and garden overlooking the River Doe. Breakfast, lunch and tea watching the water and wildlife. Just wonderful! Feel so relaxed after our stay here. Great location and host!
